PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Mullite ceramic is a general name of one kind of ceramic whose main crystal phase is mullite. The composition can vary from 3Al₂O₃·2SiO₂ to 2Al₂O₃.SiO₂, that is, the content of Al₂O₃ can fluctuate within 50-80%.

Main types: Mullite Radiation Tube, Mullite Ceramic Furnace Nail, Mullite Ceramic Pad, Mullite Far Infrared Honeycomb Ceramic Plate, etc.

Application: It can be used in Petroleum cracking furnace, Metallurgical hot blast furnace, Ceramic roller kiln, Tunnel kiln, Electromagnetic drawer kiln, Glass crucible kiln and the linings of various electric furnaces.

Production Process

1. Using a specific manufacturing methods to grind and crush the raw materials to make them into slurry or powder;

2. Making the slurry or powder into semi-finished products with certain shapes and specifications by hot pressing moulding, dry pressing moulding or static pressing moulding;

3. Put the semi-finished products into the kiln and heat the product at a high temperature lower than the melting point for dewaxing and sintering;

4. After forming and sintering, AA products can also be processed by subsequent CNC precision machining according to the drawing requirements,thus make the ceramic to meet the accuracy requirements of surface roughness, shape and size, such as grinding, grinding and polishing, and even cutting;

5. After the AA product finished, the Q/C test shall be carried out to check whether the size and shape of the product meet the requirements;

6. The products are packed in bubble pad or cartons, place it on fumigation free tray, paste shipping mark, wrap wrapping film then prepare for transportation.

Q1: Are you a manufacturer, trading company or a third party?

A: We are a manufacturer, and our company is established since 1995.

Q2: How can i get to your factory?

A: Our factory is in Yixing City only 2.5hours by high speed train from Shanghai. We can pick you up in Yixing Station or Shanghai Airport.

Q3: Can the products be customized as our need, such as the special design or putting on our logo?

A: Surely, our ceramic parts can be customized as your need or drawings. Putting on your logo is also available.

Q4: Can you send me samples? What is the delivery time of your products?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight. If it is a custom product, we will not provide samples for free.

The delivery time for samples is usually 7 days. The delivery time for customized parts samples is usually 25 days.

For a new customized shape, we need to make a new mold. The mold production takes 13 days, samples production takes 12 days, then we can start the mass production.

Q5: May I know which payment will be accepted by your company?

A: Usually 100% payment in advance；

After establishing a long-term business relationship, you can pay 50% in advance and the final payment before delivery.

Q6: Do you have the products in stock?

A: Some standard produce have in stock, such as ceramic band heater insulator; bobbin heater insulator and ceramic connector.
